The rendered images are the latest design proposal for a new construction residential fourplex, that is split into two 2-unit buildings. The renderings represent 2 design options of the project soon to be submitted for a Design Review with the city of Sacramento. The concept is exploring a rhythm of similar volumes in alternating two textures of stucco wall finishes and a brick veneer finishes. The volumes are repeated with subtle variations to create design continuity throughout all four units composition.
