This project is approved by the city and is currently under construction. The project scope includes: an additional ground floor unit, 3 new dormers at level 3, roof deck at level 2, new interior stairs, and interior reconfigurations on all 3 levels. These basic renderings represent interior studies for the master bedroom with dormers on level 3, master bathroom on level 3, and the stairs between level 1 and 2. Such interior renderings early in the design process help us and the client imagine the space and try out different options.
